The steel stock has an average of 20.000 tons of steel plate and profile stock in almost all type stell and special type of steels like DH-EH-Hardox-Weldox all thickness up to 100mm, in order to meet the needs of our valuable customers. Steel plate and profile stock area of 6000sqm equiped with SWL 16tons Crane. Shipyard has more than 500 certified welders, and all workers and welding procedures have DNVGL certificate. Shipyard has 14000 sqm closed workshop for steel CNC cutting, bending and forming and steel workshop including 5 sets CNC plasma cutting machines.

The daily production capacity of this workshop is up to 2000 dia / day. The workshop is capable of cold bending and high quality pipe fabrication with dedicated workers.

The pipe workshop has experience and expertise workers in manufacturing/ installation stainless steel pipes, seamless pipes, CUNIFE pipes, copper pipes. Also, this workshop has experience and good references in the assembly of GRE / GRVE pipes, which are frequently encountered especially in Scrubber systems.
