Tersan has launched NB1090 , the world's biggest Surimi Factory fishing vessel built for Russian Fishery. 108 meters long and 21 meters wide vessel is a Surimi Factory trawler which blends processed fish with various texturizing ingredients, flavorants, and colorants to taste like whatever the intended final product is : crab, lobster, shrimp and other . The vessel has a capacity of 139 people andl can process 150 fish as surimi in 100 minutes.
