Tersan Shipyard Inc. (Tersan) signed contract for an Arctic Freezer Trawler with Ocean Prawns A/S from Denmark. This new trawler will be the third project that Tersan shipyard has signed within the last 2 months. 82,30 meters long and 18,00 meters wide fishing vessel will be an advanced, technologically sophisticated factory trawler capable for triple trawling. The vessel is planned to have a shrimp plant and a turbot production factory while she will also have 1200 tons fish room capacity. The Skipsteknik designed vessel will have accommodation for 35 people on board with spacious and comfortable living places. She will be capable for efficiently trawling in icy and arctic waters and planned to be delivered in the last quarter of 2022.
