TERSAN SHIPYARD DELIVERS PELAGIC FREEZER TRAWLER FISHING VESSEL ANNIE HILLINA TO PARLEVLİET & VAN DER PLAS.

4.4.2026

Tersan Shipyard has successfully delivered Pelagic Freezer Trawler Fishing Vessel Annie Hillina to Parlevliet & Van der Plas. Holding the building number NB1119, the vessel whose home port will be Katwijk in the Netherlands, is designed by Tersan’s long-term partner Skipsteknisk and has an overall length of 111.5 meters. Annie Hillina is equipped with one of the most fuel-efficient engine in its class, Wartsila 32. While the vessel’s design is optimized for fuel consumption, emissions and noise reduction, environmentally friendly refrigerants will be used to cool, freeze and store the fish on board.

Annie Hillina offers accommodation for up to 60 people with spacious and comfortable living areas including a sauna and fitness facilities. The vessel is planned to be deployed worldwide in European, South-Pacific and West-African waters. She will target pelagic species such as herring, sardines, mackerel, horse mackerel and blue whiting. All catch will be frozen on board and destined for 100% human consumption.

Tersan Shipyard’s cooperation with P&P Group has a long-lasting history. P&P had taken deliveries of two 82-meter-long stern freezer trawler fishing vessels, M/V Kirkella and M/V Mark, in 2015, and a 88-meter-long trawler, NB1108 M/V Jan Maria in the first quarter of 2024. The new and advanced vessel Annie Hillina represents Tersan Shipyard’s fourth and most sophisticated delivery to the P&P Group. On May 3, Annie Hillina departed from Tersan to embark on her first voyage, setting course for her home port in Katwijk, the Netherlands.
