Tersan Shipyard proudly announces the successful delivery of NB1121 Acta Hercules, the second vessel in a cutting-edge series of Walk-to-Work (W2W), DP2 Construction Service Operation Vessels (CSOVs) built for Acta Marine. Following the delivery of Acta Pegasus in December 2025, Acta Hercules continues the series with enhanced offshore capabilities and sustainable design features. Built at Tersan Shipyard’s Yalova premises, the vessel accommodates up to 135 persons and is equipped with advanced offshore access and lifting systems, including a 3D motion-compensated SMST gangway and crane. In line with Acta Marine’s sustainability ambitions, Acta Hercules is delivered methanol-ready, supporting the transition toward lower-emission offshore operations.
Built on Ulstein’s advanced twin X-STERN hull design, Acta Hercules ensures reduced pitching, enhanced operability, and optimal performance in challenging weather conditions. With dual-fuel engines capable of operating on marine gas oil or methanol blends, combined with substantial Battery Energy Storage capacity, the vessel is designed for efficiency and sustainability.
Designed with crew wellbeing at its core, Acta Hercules offers 88 high-comfort cabins, modern amenities, multifunctional lounges, gyms, sauna, and smart connectivity throughout. The remaining two vessels of the series, Acta Gemini and Acta Aquarius, are scheduled for delivery later in 2026. This four-vessel program represents Acta Marine’s continued investment in a modern, sustainable, and future-ready fleet.
